民间谚语。“光阴”、“岁月”都是代指时间。似箭，如梭比喻速度快。

一般用来比喻时间过得快，对旧人及故事已远去感到无奈和遗憾。但是 “时间总属于那些勇敢飞翔者”。英语中也有同样的谚语：

Time is always with the people who have courage to fly，not with the people who stand and watch the sky.

(时间总属于那些勇敢飞翔者，而不属于那些仰望天空者。)
